Optimized ICT Project Selection Utilizing Fuzzy System

Optimal project selection in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sectors is an important issue because of strategy-oriented environments. Many criteria should be considered to select the optimal project in the ICT industry. Moreover, the resources are limited, which this makes the ICT projects selection more complex. Besides, the uncertainty of selection and evaluation process increases the difficulty of ICT project selection. A fuzzy system, thus, have been developed which select the best of ICT projects by fuzzy set theory and its applications in fuzzy integer linear programming optimally. This fuzzy system optimize and flexible the ICT project selection for ICT sectors in Iran, especially in (Research and Development) RandD sectors and enhances the accuracy of evaluation process as resolves the uncertainty of ICT project selection.
